A couple of days of driving, sealed road then into the desert again with 4WD to see some amazing scenery. Another night in a desert camp then the long drive out to Tata where we are staying tonight in a rather lovely simple hotel with another beautiful pool.

The scenery has been amazing, spectacular mountain ranges and gorges.

We visited a pottery, the most manual and basic I have ever seen. These people are making a neater living, doing physical labour in the most basic conditions.

Then the car and into the desert. Amazing colours, donkeys and camels, people on bicycles and motor bikes, nomad camps ( no photographs as they didn’t want photos taken), fossils again, a cafe in the middle of the desert called Titanic which served terrible coffee but still got our money.

Now back to a pool, beer and no doubt tagine for dinner. Our hotel is licensed so all good 😊
