Warm day in Perth, I could be at the beach swimming, or home in the garden, or having breakfast in a cafe. Nope … I’m walking round Bold Park with 9 litres of water and lots of blister plasters, training for the Three Capes walk in January.
The walking is slowly, steadily getting better and I’m carrying more weights. But I am so so slow. Channeling my inner tortoise.

More later, I have now finished a brutal three months of study. It’s been so relevant, so challenging and the direction I want to go but the combination of study and full time work has meant sacrifices for sure. The training is the first aspect of my life to pick back up.
