A Celtic prayer

A Celtic prayer, by David Adams. I am not religious, but do find comfort in repeating calming mantras. This one resounds with me right now, as I’ve currently (  not for ever) lost the active meditation of walking or kayaking.

On a much lighter note, I can walk much better in higher heels and this was immediately obvious this morning as I carried my rather heavy bag down the stairs. Something to do with the dorsiflexion of my right foot means the position is better. So if this treatment halts progression but I don’t see symptomatic improvement, just imagine the shoe shopping ahead of me !
