Today and tomorrow are stem cell collection time, so I’m basically hooked up to a machine ( yes, it goes bing!) for up to 6 hours a day, as it separates out the stem cells from the main blood system using a centrifuge system.
Today they got about half the stem cells, so tomorrow should get the rest. The six hours aren’t hard, I was very tired today so just slept, but could have read or crocheted or watched something on the MacBook.

So a quiet evening of listening to music, more stem cell stimulation then collection in the morning. Hopefully that’ll be that phase completed and we move onto chemo the day after tomorrow. I feel like a puffer fish at the moment, so much fluid retention from the steroids and drinking heaps. Just glad I brought the stretchy jeans !
We go and sit in the sun every day, just to get fresh air and a reminder why we are doing this crazy thing.
Progressing nicely through the various stages Jennifer. Doing so well and you look great.
