Well today I officially feel like a puffer fish ! After 4 days of steroids and IV saline I weigh about 6 kg more than usual and am exploding out of my stretchy jeans ! It’s going to be pyjamas from now on I think.
They collected enough stem cells today that I can get the cyborg tube removed tonight, have a new tube put in somewhere sub clavicle tomorrow then have a day of rest before we start the chemo.
Vote for with head cover or without !? I have to say I’m not sure, I don’t mind the bald look. It’s very clean and a bit different. Anyway tomorrow I cannot leave the hospital grounds, but can hopefully sit out in the sun for most of the day.
