Well the interim report has been submitted. Is it perfect ? No. Is it good enough ? Absolutely, and at 10% of the final mark I’m seeing it as more of a good start point for the final report.

I was amused, looking at my desk with all the coloured pens and sticky notes. This type of qualitative analysis, looking for themes, is very different to my normal analytical, quantitative type scopes. The textbook I am using has a cover that almost exactly mirrors my working mess.

Some more photographs of the Brisbane waterfront, taken walking back from a lovely local market with local produce, handcrafts, second hand goods, and very good coffee. It’s not a pretty waterfront, it an interesting mixture of flyovers, street art, industrial premises and people running, cycling, walking dogs; lovely to see it so well used even in a cool grey morning.

Back to Perth tomorrow, this has been a focussed and very productive week. I’ve enjoyed Brisbane, acknowledging I’ve only commuted between South Bank, the city and the University which is a very small circle.
